The Alphaville Constructor from Braşov will develop a residential project in Nice

The Alphaville project constructor from Braşov, the Aldra division of the Bermo group from Arad, extends on the external market, preparing a residential project in Nice - France. The representatives of the company didn't want to make more comments on this topic, following the company to make more details public, after the company participates in the Cannes Real Estate Fair.

The company expressed at the same time its intention of turnkey delivery by 2020 of at least 1.000 dwelling units in Braşov, having already in progress few partnerships for central locations.

The Alphaville residential developers in Braşov succeeded to sell last week the largest store developed in the area. According to the representatives of the company, EUR 328.930 has been paid for almost 300 m2.

The works for the Alphaville complex started on November 2010, and the first stage of the project completed during the summer of 2012 when 90 flats completely finished have been delivered turnkey. The second stage of the project completed in June 2013 and 55 units comprising two and three rooms were delivered turnkey.

The third stage of the project started on August 2013, 52 new flats being built during this final stage as well as a new store at the ground floor. 50% of the stock of flats has been already sold 5 months after the onset of the execution works for the last two buildings of the complex. The value of the investment at this stage of the project is EUR 3.1 million, the developer being granted a loan amounting to EUR 2.150 million by Banca Transilvania in order to support the works. The works will be completed during the autumn of 2014.

140 families currently live in Alphaville and other 27 clients are waiting for the turnkey delivery of the new immovables from the third stage of the project. The total value of the investment amounts by now to about EUR 6.8 million.
