EnglishBucharest will accommodate, as of this spring, a new office buiding located near Bucharest Mall and Octavian Goga Street. Consisting of basement, groundfloor and three upper floors, the building required an investment of approximately 1.5 million euro, and it will be rendered to beneficiaries this spring.
According to real estate company "Regatta", the space is suited for medium-sized companies that are looking for offices downtown, or for companies with 20-80 employees that plan to expand. Only the upper floors will be rented out, while the basement and groundfloor will be occupied by the owner.
The total usable surface is 1.900 sqm, of which only 1.200 sqm are available for rent. The first two floors have approximately 500 sqm each, and the third floor offers 211 sqm.
For flooring and finishings natural rocks were used ( travertine, slate, marble). The tennants will have access to parking space, security services, front desk, elevator, restrooms, and the building is equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Office spaces are wide and future tennants will be able to partition them as to accommodate their wishes and necessities.
