Buftea Distribution Park is the newest logistic park to be built in the Bucharest area and it will provide a total rental space of approximately 30.000 sqm. The value of the investment amounts to nearly 10 million EUR. According to Regatta, the real estate company that promotes the project, the logistics park"s surface area is divided into eight modules, each consisting of office, storage and production spaces. Each module includes 2.880 sqm of warehouse space and 640 sqm of office space. The building will consist of ground floor and one upper floor, the building surface being 3.200 mp.
Works at Buftea Distribution Park have started recently and the first two modules will be available as of August 2007. The logistics park is scheduled for completion in spring next year. The park provides truck access from DN 1A Bucharest - Targoviste and DN 1 Bucharest - Ploiesti.
