The local administration of Bucharest Sector 6 started road rehabilitation works on Leaota Street and Azurului Street in the districts of Drumul Taberei and Militari at the beginning of the month. Militari is also the setting for alert repair works on the streets and alleys delimited by Cupolei Street, Lujerului Street and Basmului. These works need to be finished before the start of the works planned by the City on the Lujerului Tunnel. According to a press release to BURSA, the Sector 6 administration has allocated a budget of approximately 4,314,000 RON for the aforementioned works. To this add various works in Area B of the Brancusi District, where the National Housing Agency is building apartments to be sold through mortgage loans to young families and financially challenged individuals. Specifically, the works consist of the vertical systematization and mapping (roads and alleys) of the perimeter between Valea Ialomitei and Prelungirea Ghencea. The value of the contract is approximately 7,686,000 RON.
