EnglishPlaza Centers has obtained the financing required to complete the construction of Csiki Plaza in Miercurea Ciuc. The company previously announced the availability of all the permits necessary to start construction works. The overall value of the financing stands at 19.9 million EUR. The mall will have a rentable surface of some 14,000 square meters, a total surface of 29,000 square meters and 600 parking spaces. According to a press release, construction works to expand the building started in early July. The ground floor will be extended by 1,980 square meters, while the underground level will have an additional 1,510 square meters. Plaza Centers will also become involved in improving the traffic nearby the Csiki Plaza by building a roundabout and repairing the roads adjacent to the site.
