SC Parcul Industrial Mures SA (Mures Industrial Park Plc) has concluded negotiations with a second company interested in leasing 10,000 sq.m. within the industrial park, on the Ungheni Vidrasau Platform, NewsIn reports. The customer is interested in a leasing contract that comes with an option to buy the land after five years. The rent for the five years is 2.34 EUR/sq.m./year. Investments to be made on the respective land will total 3 million EUR. The minimum number of employees at the end of the investment is 30. Cornel Briscaru, the Park"s legal adviser said the name of the customer could not be disclosed yet. Last year, a major mobile telephony company terminated the contract with the Park after Deputy Mayor Csegzi Sandor made their name public. The Park is also host to Chemtech, which has rented 9,000 sq.m. to produce biodiesel.
