The National Housing Agency (ANL) received 309 apartments delivered in June 2009 within a programme for the construction of social homes to be leased to underprivileged young families in the counties of Valcea, Harghita, Hunedoara, Arad, Braila, Constanta, Galati and Neamt. According to a press release to BURSA, the 309 apartments add to 40 apartments delivered via a pilot programme for constructions based on new technologies in Baia Sprie, Maramures County (20 apartments) and Borsec, Harghita County (20 apartments). ANL has received a total of 1,107 social homes since the beginning of the year.
