A total of 7.13% in car parts manufacturer Altur - Slatina (BSE:ALT) was traded for 3.07 million RON on Monday morning, placing the company among the most liquid shares on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. Some 19.08 million shares were traded for prices between 0.16 and 0.165 RON, the average being 0.1611 RON.
Last week, SIF Oltenia (SIF5) reported the sale of 25.82 million ALT shares, equal to 9.64% of the share capital, for 4.13 million RON. Thus, SIF5 was left with 8.52% in Altur. The company has increased share capital by 26.96 million RON to 53.73 million RON divided into 537.27 millions shares with a face value of 0.1 RON. Mecanica Rotes holds 29.33%.
Altur concluded H1 with losses of 2.64 million RON (844,164 EUR), up two times y/y, whereas the turnover gained 3.01% to 50.28 million RON (16.04 million EUR) compared to 48.8 million RON in the year-ago period. Estimates for this year indicate a gross profit of 800,000 RON, up from losses of 4.24 million RON last year. Revenues are projected at 102.57 million RON, up 4% y/y whereas expenses should be 101.77 million RON, down 1% y/y.
