A total of 203,500 shares changed hands for 20.3 RON/share through 20 transactions. As a result, Cominco, now has a market value of over 20 million RON (6 million EUR). Cominco has a share capital of 2.5 million RON divided into 1 million shares with a face value of 2.5 RON. The lead shareholder is John Ion Banu with 13.16%, followed by Dan Garjoaba with 11.3%. Nine months through 2006, the company reported 71,600 RON in profit and 96.5 million RON in turnover (28.55 million EUR). Cominco is traded on RASDAQ as COBS.
