Businessman Adrian Augustin Baciu will put up for sale several hotels and plots of land in the cities of Cluj-Napoca and Turda. He is asking for 20 million Euros for the "Onix" hotel of Cluj-Napoca and for the 82% stake in the company "Turism Arieşul", which owns several hotels and plots of land in the city of Turda.

The "Onix" hotel of Cluj-Napoca has 68 rooms and the asking price for it is 11 million Euros. It has a four star rating and has restaurants which can accommodate up to 200 guests, two terraces, a 50-seat bar and a tent for hosting events which can accommodate 400 people. The hotel also has a plot of land of 2,884 square meters. The hotel, which is located in the center of Cluj-Napoca, was inaugurated in 2001 and was the first in Cluj to have a four star rating.

The tourism company "Turism Arieşul" was incorporated in 1991 and its line of business includes tourism services, restaurant operations and spa treatment services. The company owns the "Arieşul" treatment resort (65 rooms), located 2 kilometers outside the city of Turda, which includes a hotel with a restaurant and bar, a spa treatment center, a sports room and a tennis court.

Other holdings also include the Roman lake, which has been repurposed for swimming, the "Meteor" restaurant, the "Stejeriş" hotel (25 rooms), located 12 km outside the town of Turda, the "Alpin Băişoara" hotel (52 rooms), located on the Eastern slope of the Gilău Mountains, and the "Cheile Turzii" cabin (15 rooms).

"Turism Arieşul" also holds 51% of the company "Salina Turda S.A.".

The "Arieşul" hotel was concessioned in 2001 for a period of 49 years, together with a license to exploit medicinal mud and saltwater springs on an area of 42 hectares.

Adrian August Baciu is asking for 9 million in Euros in exchange for an 82% stake in the aforementioned company. The businessman maintains that the companies are profitable, and that the reason he is looking to sell these businesses is due to the fact that they demand a lot of work.
