EnglishAerostar - Bacau (BSE:ARS) has announced the sign-off of two multiannual contracts worth up to 21.2 million EUR. The first will range between 2 million EUR and 8 million EUR with annual deliveries of 1.14 million EUR. Under this contract, Aerostar will manufacture landing gears for passenger planes. Under the second contract, the company will manufacture aerostructures in a total amount of 13.2 million EUR.
Aerostar builds and repairs aircraft and has a share capital of 29.28 million RON divided into shares with a face value of 2.5 RON. Iarom is the leading shareholder with 71.09%, followed by SIF Moldova with 11.21%. The company reported a Q1 net profit of 168,268 RON, compared to 1.97 million RON in the year-ago period. Yesterday"s price was 18.8 RON/share (+1.08%)
