EnglishShareholdars in aircraft manufacturer Aeroteh SA Bucharest decided to increase the company"s share capital by nearly 2.45 million RON, to 10.56 million RON. The company will use its reserves from last year"s profit. Aeroteh will issue 978,248 shares with a face value of 2.50 RON. Following the capital increase, the company will have a share capital of 10.56 million RON, divided into 4.22 million shares with a face value of 2.50 RON.
The company ended 2006 with a turnover of 15.8 million RON and a net profit of 3.83 million RON. For the current year, Aeroteh expects a turnover of 12.3 million RON and a profit of 2.56 million RON, the decline being due to the company"s current modernization and restructuring program.
Presently, Aeroteh has a share capital of 8.112 million RON, divided into 3.245 million shares with a face value of 2.5 RON. The majority shareholder is the employees association (PAS) with 65.69%, followed by Dumitru Banut with 13.67%. Aeroteh shares are traded in the "unquoted" category of the Bucharest Stock Exchange as AER.
