EnglishAerotravel Lufthansa City Center concluded last year with 24 million EUR in turnover, up from 19.4 million EUR in the previous year. The ticketing business gained 18%, whereas the tourism business advanced 25%.
The turnover includes the business generated by Aerotravel VACANTE, which operates charter flights to Greece. Overall, the turnover gained 19% year-on-year. Plans for 2007 include a 20% advance in turnover and the development of the existing network of partner agencies, which currently sums up to over 100 sites.
The company is also considering charter flights to the Caribbean, Mexico, Dubai, the Maldives, Mauritius, Seychelles, Kenya, Sri Lanka, China, India and Morocco.
