Agrocomplex Lunca - Pascani is planning to borrow some 4,350,000 RON this year following the shareholders" decision of 16. December 2007 published in the Official Journal on 24 July 2008. Specifically, the company will take a 500,000 RON credit line from the Romanian Commercial Bank (BCR), a 150,000 RON credit line from the Romanian Bank for Development (BRD) and overdraft lines of 100,000 RON/month each from Romexterra Bank and Carpatica Bank. the shareholders also authorized farming loans of 3,500,000 RON from BCR to finance various agricultural works. The loan will be collateralized with fixed and movable assets of the company.
