Braila-based shipyard Aker concluded last year with losses of 7,63 million RON, down by 58,7% compared to the end of 2005, according to a preliminary report.
The company posted 130,98 million RON in turnover, down 22,64% year-on-year. Last year, Aker"s total revenues amounted to 328,59 million RON, up 45,43% year-on-year, whereas expenses totalled 336,23 million RON, increasing by 37,55% from 2005.
Aker Braila has a share capital of 49,71 million RON, divided into shares with a face value of 2,5 RON. The significant shareholders are Scandinor AS, holding 83,68% in the company and SIF Moldova Bacau, with 11,49%.
