Albalact has invested over 30 million RON (10 million EUR) in building a new dairy factory in Oiejdea, Alba County. The factory occupies 11,000 sq.m. on a 50,000 sq.m. plot and complies with applicable EU standards. The building itself required 9 million RON (3 million EUR) of the overall investment budget. The factory can process 200,000 liters of milk per day to produce all of the existing Albalact brands as well as future cheese brands.
Albalact concluded H1 with a 76.73% turnover growth to 74,819,977 RON (23,873,637 EUR) and an outstanding 1137.14% surge in profit to 6,853,847 RON (2,186,933 EUR) from 602,726 RON (170,000 EUR) in the year-ago period.
