EnglishShareholders in Alro Slatina last week approved the financial results for 2006. Thus, the company reported turnover of 2.197.658.651 RON, overall revenues of 2.330.075.646 RON, total expenses of 1.867.350.163 RON and net profit of 380.868.942 RON.
In the General meeting held last week, shareholders also decided to pay out dividends worth 277.760.697 RON from last year"s profit, gross dividend amounting to 0,3891 RON/share. Dividends will be paid out within 60 days from the date the decision is published in the Official Gazette.
According to the income and expenses budget for the current year, the company expects turnover to reach 741.684.687 USD, projecting overall revenues of 748.038.803 USD, total expenses of 586.643.037 USD and net profit of 135.572.443 USD. Investments planned for the current year amount to 83.998.000 USD.
Alro has a share capital of 356,89 million RON and a capitalization of 5,49 billion RON. The majority shareholder is Marco group, holding 88,5% in Alro through Marco Industries BV and Conef SA. The company is listed on tier 1 of the Bucharest Stock Exchange under the symbol ALR.
