EnglishSC Rivergate Center SRL sold to Slatina-based company Alro SA a building located in Bucharest (basement, ground floor, mezzanine and storeys 2-6), with a total surface area of 3.138,15 sq.m, as well as the afferent land, ocupying a surface area of 710,62 sq.m. The total value of the investment amounts to 18.057.633 RON (5.311.068 EUR).
Alro is the only aluminium and aluminium alloy manufacturer in Romania, having a production capacity of over 260.000 tons per year. Alro shares are listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange under the symbol ALR.
