Altur Slatina specializing in the manufacture of spare partes and accessories for cars and engines, expects its profit to increase from 2.18 million to 3.15 million lei this year, while the revenues are expected to increase 4%, from 86.4 million lei to 90 million.
The company"s expenses are expected to increase by just 3%, from 84.2 million lei to 86.8 million lei.
The company"s shareholders opted to use last year"s profits to cover the losses from the previous years, and also decided to make investments amounting to 3.02 million lei.
The company is controlled by businessman Cătălin Chelu, who owns 43% through Mecanica Rotes (METY) and Celule Electrice (CLEL), with the remaining 57% being spit between other shareholders.
