Alumil Rom Industry shares will be listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) a few weeks after the end of the IPO and the related payments, according to BVB GM Stare Farmache quoted by NewsIn.
The National Securities Commission (CNVM) has suspended again the allocation of the IPO shares following complaints in December that some of the entities that had subscribed shares did not have enough funds to cover the price.
The Alumil IPO was launched on December 8th and ended on December 18th. Some 6.25 million new shares were offered for 4.6 RON.
