EnglishShareholders in Amonil Slobozia approved the in-kind contribution to Energochim"s capital increase from 2.68 to 5.48 million RON, according to a report to the Bucharest Stock Exchange. Amonil"s contribution consists of a liquid carbon dioxide production plant as well as the afferent land, totalling 1.8 million RON. Amonil will also contribute a water treatment plant estimated at 155.988 RON. The total value of the in-kind contribution amounts to 1.34 million RON.
Energochim is a result of the association between Amonil and Amochim. The Slobozia-based chemical fertilizer producer reported on Tueday a net loss of 8.653 million RON (2.45 million EUR) on revenues of 216.84 million RON (61.42 million EUR).
In July, Amonil provided an in-kind contribution to Amochim"s capital increase, consisting of real estate worth 1.159 million USD (3.24 million RON).
Slobozia-based company Amonil was founded in 1969 and is active in the field of chemical fertilizers and azotic products. The company has a share capital of 111.27 million RON.
