EnglishThe National IT&C Regulatory Authority (ANRCTI) has released an invitation to tender to procure the services required to implement a VPN network and other services such as fixed and mobile communications (internet access, data transmission, fixed and mobile telephony). At the moment, ANRCTI is using similar services from eight different companies. The regulator has decided to select a single provider (consortia accepted) of such services to diminish costs by some 25% and ensure better service management. ANRCTI has 78 sites countrywide plus 24 mobile radio monitoring units, which all have to be integrated into the communications system put up for tender. Bids are welcome at the ANRCTI head office until November 5th.
