The district City Hall will launch a tender invitation for the public contract involving related works. Both buildings will consist of basement, ground floor and eight upper floors. The contract award process will start on February 16th. The estimated value for each investment exceeds 11.3 million RON, without VAT.
The 3rd District City Hall will also launch tenders for two consultancy contracts. The first contract involves consultancy related to construction, engineering and public works. The estimated contract value surpasses 1 million RON.
As for the second contract, the winning bidder will provide consultancy services for infrastructure and public works, the investment amounting to 1.4 million RON. The contract award process will start on February 16th.
