EnglishShareholders in insurer Ardaf have authorized the Board to increase share capital by up to 50% of the existing capital within a given year and also to sell assets of up to 8 million EUR, according to a report to RASDAQ.
At the end of H1, Ardaf reported gross subscribed premiums worth 80.63 million RON (25.72 million EUR, down by 34.13% y/y from 122.41 million RON. The company has a share capital of 162.6 million RON and is controlled by Stabile Ltd with 70.81%, followed by Raiffeisen Zentralbank AG - Austria with 7.67%.
