The company plans to consolidate its position in the market and expand its client and product portfolio. For the current fiscal year, the company expects a turnover of 50.2 million RON and a net profit of 3.8 million RON.
Armatura posted a turnover of 8,795,391 RON in the first three months of 2007, compared with 5,766,021 in the same period last year. The company reported a net loss of 658,611 RON, compared with a net profit of 507,535 RON in Q1 2006.
Armatura Cluj Napoca is listed on Tier 2 of the Bucharest Stock Exchange as ARM. The significant shareholders in the company are Herz Armaturen GmbH Viena, Austria (33.0%), Asam Armatura S.A. Cluj-Napoca (20.0%), Tridelta Heal Beteiligungsgesellschart Luxemburg (11.0%), Broadhurts Investments Ltd Nicosia, Cyprus (7.0%), Banca Transilvania S.A. Cluj-Napoca (5.0%), Erste Bank (5.0%) and others (19.0%).
