Shareholders in Armax Gaz SA Medias will convene on June 19th to discuss a share capital increase by 54.79 million RON to 62.86 million RON, according to a report to Rasdaq quoted by NewsIn.
Shareholders will contribute 40.33 million RON, while the remaining 14.45 million RON will be added from reserves. The company will issue 547.9 million shares with a face value of 0.10 RON.
The industrial gas equipment producer Armax Gaz Medias ended 2006 with a net profit of 5.44 million RON, a 2.35% increase from 5.31 million RON in the past year. Last year, turnover rose by 17.4% to 44.71 million RON. In February, Armax Gaz increased its share capital by 5.6 million RON to 8.07 million RON. The company"s share capital is divided into 80.67 million shares with a face value of 0.10 RON.
