EnglishMedias-based metal construction manufacturer Armax Gaz reported a turnover of 44,71 million RON for 2006, up 17,4% compared to 2005, when the company posted 38,06 million RON in turnover, said Elena Ursu, economic director of Armax Gaz, quoted by NewsIn.
The estimated net profit was 5,4 milioane lei, according to Mrs. Ursu. Shareholders in Armax Gaz will convene on April 25th to approve the company"s financial results for 2006, as well as the income and expense budget and the investment program for 2007, according to a report to Rasdaq.
Shareholders have increased the company"s share capital by 5,6 million RON to 8,07 million RON. Following this increase, Mircea Vescan holds 42,39% in the company, Aldona holds 12,19% and Olimpia Simona Popescu holds 10,42%.
