Hitler: It"s just a piece of the puzzle. You think I don"t know they have the worst stock exchange in the region? They"ve done nothing these past fifteen years. They still don"t have nominee accounts or short selling. Their daily turnover is less than what we spend on hookers and champagne in one night. It won"t be long before even the Bulgarian stock exchange leaves them in the dust, at least they"re doing something. They"re the worst, I know, which is exactly why it could have been a piece of cake. It would have been like taking candy from a baby. I watched their board closely. I was the one who appointed Farmache. I knew he"d just sit there twiddling his thumbs. And he"s doing a great job of it. He"s done nothing so far. Absolutely nothing. Thanks to him and his buddies, that stock exchange is a wreck and we could have gotten it for a pittance. They"re all a bunch of clowns, they don"t give a damn about it, they don"t do anything, they can"t. And their securities commission is just as bad, completely disinterested. A few days ago, the shares of their stock exchange were selling for 25 lei a piece. And we didn"t buy any, even though I told you to.
