Bucharest"s satellite town of Otopeni will soon have one more residential complex, Aurora, to be built on a 15 million EUR budget. According to realty agent Regatta, the complex will comprise 14 buildings, namely 13 villas and one commercial, office and apartment building. The 140 apartments will have two, three and four rooms totaling between 72 and 180 square meters per apartment.
The sale price will be 1,050 EUR/sq.m. plus VAT. The complex will include 162 parking spaces, outdoor pools, tennis courts, playgrounds and a club. Construction works will begin in early June and will be divided into three stages. The first stage will conclude at the end of this year, when the first four villas will be commissioned.
