Austrian-based Competence Call Center (CCC) is planning to open the second call center in Romania, either in Brasov or in Cluj Napoca, by the end of the year. Upon so doing, the local staff will reach 200-250. The first center was opened last year with 45 employees. The main customers are telecom companies, banks and insurers.
CCC believe the Romanian economy has a substantial growth potential, hence the company"s decision to consolidate their presence here amid clear signs that increasingly more companies will come to Romania and require call center services. Globally, CCC has seven offices in five countries and nearly 2,000 employees.
