Autotrans Calatori Filaret SA Bucharest (Rasdaq - AUFI) posted for 2006 a net profit of 10 million RON (approximately 3 million EUR) after having sold one of its assets, according to the company"s CEO, Valentin Alexe, quoted by NewsIn. He added that the company might sell more of its assets in the future.
In 2007-2008, the company plans to invest nearly 3 million EUR in new busses. Autotrans Filaret posted 13,2 million RON (3.9 million EUR) in turnover last year, up by over 30% compared to 2005, when the company reported a turnover of 10 million RON.
Autotrans Calatori Filaret has a share capital of approximately 860.000 RON, divided into 343.346 shares with a face value of 2,50 RON. The majority shareholder is Horen & Leibovitz Holdings, with 86,51% in the company.
