The consortium consisting of BG Management Consultants S.R.L.& Dinescu Lucian, the association consisting of S.C. A2 Impex S.R.L., S.C. Uttis Industries S.A., S.C. Cerob S.R.L. and PAS INTEC 2004, as well as Atlassib have all filed bids for the acquisition of Intec Bucharest research institute, according to a press release from the Authority for State Assets Recovery. AVAS intends to sell a majority stake of 70,11% in Intec SA Bucharest, the fifth reasearch institute to be privatised in 2007. The present shareholders are AVAS - 70,11%, Aris Consult Invest SRL - 29,52%, Dan Codescu - 0,37%.
