EnglishThe State Assets Recovery Authority (AVAS) has started the procedure to privatize 71.25% in chemical technology institute Institutul de Tehnologie Chimica (ITEC) SA - Brazi, a physics and natural science research facility. The tender book will become available as of 3. June 2008. Participation and prequalification documents are to be submitted at the same time as the final bids, no later than 5. August 2008. Prequalification documents will be opened on the same day in front of all prospective buyers. The participation guarantee is 19,233 RON. The ITEC privatization process is part of the pre-consultation program started with European Commission representatives.
