EnglishThe Authority for State Assets Recovery (AVAS) has transferred the majority stake of 96,36% held in Moldoplast to SC Internaţional Import-Export Comp. SRL for approximately 600.000 RON (177.200 EUR), according to a report to Rasdaq. AVAS transferred 10.844.516 shares with a face value 2,50 RON, totalling 27.111.290 RON and corresponding to 96,36% of the company"s share capital. SC Internaţional Import-Export Comp. SRL paid 599.702 RON for the stake held by AVAS in the company, becoming the majority shareholder.
The company manufactures plastics in primary forms and has a share capital of 28,14 million RON (8,31 miliion EUR), divided into 11,25 million shares with a face value of 2,50 RON.
In 2005, Moldoplast reported a loss of 4,69 million RON (1,39 million EUR) on revenues of 7,38 million RON (2,18 million EUR). Moldoplast shares are listed on Rasdaq, under the symbol MLPL.
