EnglishThe management board of Aviatia Utilitara Bucharest proposed to shareholders a share capital increase by 23.47 million RON (7.18 million EUR) through cash injection, according to a report to Rasdaq.
The company will increase its share capital by a 2.088 million RON in-kind contribution from the Authority for State Assets Recovery (AVAS), which will be granted preemtive rights. The cash injection will amount to approximately 21.38 million RON.
Shareholders registerd by June 20th will convene on July 2nd to discuss the share capital increase. Aviatia Utilitara has a share capital of 223,210 RON and is currently amid a restructuring and liquidation process.
