Starting July until the end of the year, Bancpost will pay its customers back 1% of the total value of purchases made using American Express Green and Gold cards at retailer POS"s.
Also, holders of these types of cards will no longer be charged payment fees and will have a grace period of up to 55 days during which they will not be charged interest.
Besides this, owners of the aforementioned types of cards will also be eligible for discounts at specific retailers, as well as receive facilities for Tarom air transport services.
Bancpost is the only issuer of American Express cards in Romania and one of the market leaders in the POS payment segments of the domestic market.
