EnglishBank Austria Creditanstalt (BA-CA) sold on Thursday a 1,48% stake in Flamingo International SA for 4,25 million RON (1,27 million EUR), according to a report to the Bucharest Stock Exchange. The Austrian bank sold 11,5 million shares at a price of 0,37 RON/share. Over the last month, BA-CA sold 15,84 million shares, totraling 2% in Flamingo International, which reduces the bank"s holding to 12,53%.
Flamingo International has a share capital of 77,9 million RON, divided into 779 million shares with a face value of 0,10 RON. The company has a capitalization of 292 million RON and is listed on the the second tier of the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
