The London division of Barclays Global Investors Holding Ltd. acquired a 14.83% stake in Dafora Medias. Barclays Global Investors Holding is a subsidiary of British bank Barclays and is headquartered in San Francisco, USA. In March last year, its assets amounted to 1.770 billion USD.
In May this year, DWS Investment SA, a division of Deutsche Bank, acquired 16.10% in Dafora. DWS manages funds totaling 256 billion EUR. Another foreign shareholder in Dafora is Julius Baer, with 9% in the company. The other significant shareholders are Gheorghe Calburean with 48.17% and Dafora Group with 7.46%.
Dafora plans to increase its share capital by 88 million RON to 97.36 million RON. The company is listed on Rasdaq as DAFR.
