Mr.Danut Florin Bunea, Executive Vicepresident of BCR, member of the Management Board, decided to resign from his position and to leave the bank.
His resignation will become effective starting from 1st of August 2007. Till then Mr.Bunea will continue to fullfill his current tasks and responsabilities.
A decision regarding the person to take over the position currently held by Mr.Danut Bunea is going to be taken in the next period of time.
Mr.Danut Bunea is a recognized proffessional in the financial industry. BCR"s management is giving a high appreciation for his very fruitful activity on behalf of BCR"s development as the leader of the Romanian financial market and for his efforts towards a very successful integration of the bank within Erste Bank Group.
