Romanian Commercial Bank (BCR) offers a free support line for (Telverde) to corporate customers using its MultiCash and e-BCR+ products, according to a press release issued by the bank.
This service is intended exclusively for the bank"s corporate customers which use BCR"s electronic banking services. Using the support service launched by BCR, its corporate customers can benefit from information concerning the types of operations, financial and banking information and other facilities provided by of BCR"s electronic banking services.
Andra Topan, executive manager of BCR"s Department for Support and Corporate Product Development, said: "A specialized team provides the required information to customers so as to ensure the good operation of MultiCash and e-BCR+" services.
The increase in the number of BCR customers operating through electronic banking has required the creation of a contract specifically designed for corporate clients so that the inquiries of the users of those services be received and answered within the shortest delays, the press release says.
