Shareholders in Beer producer Bermas Suceava SA decided yesterday to pay gross dividend of 0,14 RON/share, the total value of dividends amounting to 2,43 million RON, over 45% of the company"s net profit for 2006, according to a report to the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
In the General Meeting held on Monday, shareholders decided to increase the company"s share capital from 12,18 million RON to 13,47 million RON by the issuance of 1,84 million shares with a face value of 0,70 RON. The total number of shares increases from 17,4 million to 19,24 million.
In 2006, Bermas Suceava posted a net profit of 4,5 million RON (1,33 million EUR), up 26% year-on-year, while the company"s turnover declined by 19% (approximately 6 million RON), to 25,82 million RON (7,65 million EUR), according to data sent on Friday to the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
The significant shareholders are the Victoria Bermas Suceava Association, holding 30,87% in the company, PAS Bermas with 20,80%, Morosan Gavril with 5,27% and SIF Banat-Crisana with 5,03%.
