Bill Gates, co-founder of Microsoft and world-renowned philanthropist, is summoned to the court in the Dutch town of Leeuwarden on Wednesday, November 27, to be heard publicly in the case in which he is accused of fraud and damages caused by the COVID-19 vaccination, according to an article published by the daily France Soir.
The trial, initiated in July 2023 by the Dutch Recht Oprecht Foundation, represents a turning point in addressing individual and collective responsibility related to the management of the COVID-19 pandemic. In this case, seven Dutch citizens are asking the court to declare the Dutch state and 16 other people guilty for the physical damage suffered by the plaintiffs following the injection of so-called "experimental" Covid-19 vaccines. The plaintiffs claim that they have suffered double harm: on the one hand, the deliberate deception about the dangerousness of SARS-Cov-2 and the safety and efficacy of pseudo-vaccines, and on the other hand, the physical harm resulting from the anti-Covid injections. The 17 defendants - the State of the Netherlands, Dutch figures who had responsibilities during the "health crisis", Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla and Bill Gates, director of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation - are presented as an international organized criminal group that deliberately orchestrated this deception about the dangerousness of Covid-19 and the safety and efficacy of fake "vaccines". The plaintiffs claim that there is an essential connection between the international project to deceive the population into accepting the injection of an experimental messenger RNA product and another global project - the Great Reset - presented in July 2020 in Klaus Schwab's book Covid-19: The Great Reset. Klaus Schwab founded the World Economic Forum (WEF or Davos Forum), a non-profit foundation, in 1971.
It should be noted that on October 16, 2024, the Dutch judge handling this case ruled that Bill Gates can be tried in the Netherlands for the acts in question, although the Microsoft founder argued that the Dutch court did not have jurisdiction in this regard.
However, following a detailed analysis, the judge determined that there was a sufficiently close connection between Gates and the other 16 defendants to justify the trial in Dutch jurisdiction. To decide on the jurisdiction of the court, the Dutch judge invoked Article 7*1 of the Dutch Code of Civil Procedure, which provides that if a Dutch court has jurisdiction over one defendant in a group, it may also try the other defendants, if there is a close connection between the charges.
The court also referred to the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU), establishing that complaints must be based on the same set of facts, which must be sufficiently interconnected to prevent contradictory decisions in different courts.
The Dutch court thus found that the allegations against Bill Gates are an integral part of an international complex of facts. These facts include, for example, the publication by Gates of two videos on YouTube, in April and December 2020, in which he promoted the safety and necessity of COVID-19 vaccines. The plaintiffs claim that these statements contributed to the spread of misinformation and the administration of an experimental product that was neither safe nor effective.
A central element of the complaint is the connection with the "Great Reset" project, which would represent a global reorganization of society, justified by major crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic. The plaintiffs allege that "behind the pandemic crisis lies a global maneuver designed to justify radical social and economic transformations."
The charges detail that the 17 defendants, including Gates, played an active role in promoting experimental vaccines, despite available information indicating their risks. They are also accused of exploiting the pandemic crisis to implement a broader agenda, described in terms of "a rigorous global intervention."
In the case of Bill Gates, the judge noted that he "should have foreseen the impact of his actions" and that his public statements contributed to creating a framework of global deception. The plaintiffs believe that his responsibility is comparable to that of the other defendants, thus justifying his trial in the same court.
The hearing on November 27, 2024, represents a crucial stage in the trial, as Gates will have the opportunity to formally respond to the charges. The defense is expected to continue to challenge the Dutch court's jurisdiction and attempt to disassociate itself from the other defendants.
This trial is considered unprecedented, both in the scope of the charges and in its implications. If the court establishes collective guilt, the case could pave the way for other similar actions against leaders involved in the management of the pandemic.
