EnglishBiofarm has announced the purchase of a 1,636 sq.m. plotof land in Gura Badicului Street in Bucharest for some 167,000 RON (52,200 EUR). The company"s property thus increased to 17,236 sq.m. The average purchase price of 54.05 EUR/sq.m. indicates an overall value of 931,605 EUR (2.92 million RON). In February, Biofarm bought 3,300 sq.m. on the same street and announced possession of a total surface of 15,600 sq.m., bought for 2.76 million RON.
Biofarm concluded Q1 with a net profit of 4.29 million RON (1.2 million EUR), up by 7.25% year-on-year, when 4 million RON was reported. The Q1 turnover was 14.49 million RON (4.32 million EUR), down by 0.13% year-on-year. In the year-ago period, the company reported a turnover of 14.51 million RON.
