EnglishBitDefender has introduced a new line of security solutions for small- and medium-sized enterprises that set new standards for proactive management of electronic threats. For Romania, the company estimates that the newly introduced solutions will generate an increase in sales by at least 15% until the year-end.
For the moment, approximately 60% of the BitDefender turnover in Romania is generated by small- and medium-sized enterprises and corporations. In 2008, the Romanian market for secure content management solutions (antivirus, antiTrojans, antispyware etc) for companies will exceed 4 million EUR, according to BitDefender. The company is planning to secure more than 40% in market share on this market.
The newly introduced suite includes BitDefender Security for Exchange, BitDefender Security for File Servers, Bit Defender Security for File Servers, BitDefender Security for Mail Servers (for Unix platforms) and Bit Defender Security for Samba.
