EnglishThe management of bread and bakery producer "Boromir Prod" Buzău (symbol: SPCU) plans to raise its capital by 12.36 million lei, up to 24.72 million lei, by contributions in cash, a press release issued yesterday by the company says.
If the operation is approved, every shareholder will be entitled to subscribe a new share, for a face value of 0.1 lei, for each share they currently own.
Boromir Prod Buzău currently has a share capital of 12.36 million lei, divided into shares with a face value of 0.10 lei. Boromir Group owns 61% of the company, and Broker Cluj owns 5.15%.
In the first months of 2009, Boromir Buzău obtained a net profit of 3.3 million lei, down 46% YOY, as turnover dropped 25%.
Monday"s price of 0.4960 lei, puts the company"s capitalization at 61.3 million lei.
