EnglishThe tax authorities have repeatedly tried to sell Romlag"s assets, but not even the 50% price cut was enough to secure a buyer. Romlag shareholders will convene on Thursday to decide, among others, whether to authorize the management"s proposal to borrow money from banks in order to pay the debts. Another debtor in dire straits is MUM UTB SA, a splinter from the former Tractorul - Brasov, whose assets will be put up for auction on 13 October. Until recently, the company was controlled by the new prefect of Brasov County, Emil Nita, who decided to assign his shares before taking on office.
