BRK made the purchase during the same day when Florin Vasile Nechita exited REMM selling his 11.72%. The sale was made for 28 RON/share, up by 12% from the previous day, pointing to a market capitalization of 9.92 million RON (2.88 million EUR).
Nine months through the year, Broker Cluj reported a gross profit of 39.56 million RON (11.79 million EUR) following initial estimates of a full-year gross profit of 30.8 million RON. The company also reported overall assets of 187 million RON and net assets of 141 million RON. The company holds a stock portfolio of some 107 million RON, of which 80.46% in listed companies.
