EnglishShareholders in Broker Cluj (BRK) will convene on October 25th to discuss an increase in share capital by a maximum of 12 million RON, according to a report to the Bucharest Stock Exchange. The company will issue 24 million shares with a face value of 0.50 RON and a subscription price of 0.75 RON.
Currently, Broker Cluj is operating a capital increase by 36.745 million RON, following which the company"s share capital might reach 190 million shares with a total value of 80 million RON. The Board of directors has proposed to shareholders another capital increase by 12 million RON.
In August this year, Broker Cluj increased its share capital by 3.65 million RON (1.14 million EUR) to 58.26 million RON (18.24 EUR), following the merger with Investco.
Broker Cluj has a share capital of 58.26 million RON, divided into 116.52 million shares with a face value of 0.50 RON. Following the takeover of Investco , the significant shareholders in Broker Cluj are Ioan Cartis (8.19%), Intervalco SA (6.34%), non-resident Citibank customers (4.84%), Anton Ionescu (4.48%) and Petru Prunea (3.46%).
