Shareholder in the hotel company Capitol SA have decided to increase share capital by 1.58 million RON (some 450,000 EUR) to 4.73 million RON (1.35 million EUR) through a capital injection from the existing shareholders. The company will issue 632,415 new shares with a face value of 2.5 RON. Existing shareholders can subscribe one new share for every two old shares they have. Nine months through last year, Capitol reported losses of 330,225 RON, and a turnover of 378,785 RON. Last year the company was considering investing up to 10 million EUR in turning the Berlin Restaurant into a hotel. The company is controlled by Emil Gancev with 54.93 percent.
