Metal structure manufacturer Caromet - Caransebes (RASDAQ:ARMT) is asking shareholders to approve a 13.6 million RON (4 million EUR) increase in share capital to 38.05 million RON. If so, the company will issue 5.44 million shares with a face value of 2.5 RON. The motion will be discussed during a meeting called for November 23rd. Shareholders registered as such by November 9th will be able to vote on the matter. Caromet has a share capital of 24.45 million RON (7.19 million EUR) divided into 9.78 million shares with a face value of 2.5 RON. The company is controlled by Iasitex with 93.28%. Caromet reported an H1 turnover of 9.88 million RON (3.15 million EUR), down by 27.9% y/y, and a net profit of 3.02 million RON (963,600 EUR), up 12.8x y/y.
